Responsibilities / Scope of Work:
- Transmission and MW link troubleshooting
- MW links configuration and operation handling & NMS visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RAN engineers, field technicians, and vendors to resolve network incidents.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and network configurations.
- Participate in the on-call rotation schedule to provide 24/7 support when required.
- Hands on proficiency in the configuration/fault management for following mentioned network elements: Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, ZTE
Technical scope and requirements:
- In-depth understanding and troubleshooting on BSC, RNC, BTS, Nodeb, enodeB, gNB
- In-depth knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G Call Flows
