Responsibilities / Scope of Work:
- Supports the Care Manager and Service Business Manager in managing client’s operations in Care activities (e.g. ongoing support, Emergency, and maintenance updates validation and deployment), within defined contractual service levels.
- Responsible for 3rd level maintenance of customer Service Platforms solutions NFS (3rd parties, non-standard customization SW components).
- Requires minimum supervision: Completes own role independently or with minimal supervision/guidance.
- Delivery of fix and the Customer validation and deployment green lights concerning SW correction.
- Delivery of resolution and the Customer acknowledgement concerning Emergency and Technical Query requests
Technical scope and requirements:
- Support activities on several service platforms for customer SFR: PCRF, PCF, SPR, RADI, NRF, NSSF, AAA, BR Proxy
- Basic knowledge of Linux, scripting, Routing, NAT,etc - Linux RH 8-9 / CentOS, Bash scripting, Ansible
- IPv4-IPv6 system configuration
- Network routing
- Firewall - SeLinux
- Versionning
- VHypervisor (Openstack, ESX)
- French speaking + English
