Responsibilities / Scope of Work:
- Understanding of Nokia’s Network operation processes: Alarm /Event management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset and Configuration Management, Field Force Management, Service Level Management etc
- Resolving support incident (L3 support) within the defined service level agreement
- Implementing standard change request
- Development of features / solution within the Nokia Framework in Nokia’s development environment of different instances
- Support in System Integration and User Acceptance Testing
- Refactoring issues / bugs identified during System Integration & User Acceptance Test
- Carrying out knowledge transfer/ handover of the developed / deployed solution / features, including code base to Nokia resources to ensure a seamless operational support
- Assess, propose feature adaptation, effort estimation
- All modes of communication both verbal and written shall be in English
Technical requirements:
- Experience with the BMC REMEDY ITSM suite detailed knowledge
- Understanding of REMEDY’s architecture, functionality, modules (IM, CM, PM, KM, CMDB etc.) and workflows.
- Basic Level understanding of databases
- Integration and APIs: Have knowledge of system integration, such as web services, APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and data formats (e.g., JSON or XML)
- Basic network understanding
- Basic knowledge on windows/terminal server
- Good and clear communication
- Ability to explain technical details in simple business language
- Coordination with IBM Tivoli Netcool environments
